I've seen many people in comments on Facebook and such that these aren't the most durable and they wear out (like the dpad for example or the cable) after a few months. I'm going to make a followup video on the wireless one (selling the wired one because I just no longer need it) in about 5-6 months. Nice setup !
Thanks man!

Amazing video. I greatly appreciated the detailed walkthrough during the comparison, as that's what I look for in one, especially as you state the subtleties which won't be found by just comparing specs online. In my experience, I've never had/tried a Korean guitar which has had perfect binding. Yes, it's being nit-picky, but you're the first person I've seen actually inspect it and discuss it. Interesting about the side dots though. Thanks
Welcome, and yeah that is a pet peeve of mine with videos where they simply regurgitate what I can read my damn self with specs. I try to go by the same sort of format Phillip McKnight does. Cept he's a bit more knowledgeable than I am haha
That's quite an impressive retro gaming collection and setup you got there, my dude. Another fun fact about the Pseudo Saturn Cart is that it allows you to play Japanese imports. I love how their hell of a lot cheaper than the US copies. You even have the 360 Sega Saturn pad which must be a dream to play Nights into Dreams with (no pun intended). But, I do own Virtual On: Cyber Troopers with a pair of Twin Sticks. They also work with the Japanese exclusive Gundam Side Stories 1-3. Both amazing mech games. War Gods is one of my guilty pleasures. Good to know that someone else enjoys it aside from my bro and a couple of my friends. Voodoo and Cy-5 are my boys!!
Thanks man! And yeah I forgot to mention the import support as well. I'd love to have the twin sticks for Virtual On, if I ever found them for cheap ($50 or less) I'd snatch em up but it's hard to justify the going price for a single game. :P And yes I love me some War Gods haha my mains are Voodoo and Warhead. "YEEEEAHHHHH!!!!"
How you hold the mini arcades ?
3m picture hanging strips. Pretty much what every single thing I've got hanging is on :D the black ones can hold up to like 16 pounds
Subscribed 😊 Justin from the Philippines
Thanks! :)
Dreamcast the best gaming system of all time.
It's definitely up there for me! Probably in my top 3
Could've used this about 27 years ago.. 😅
LOL I know right I thought this was the hardest game ever as a kid
I hate you so much right now. 😂
Love Mortal Kombat! Also that Dreamcast light up sign is super cool. I love how organized and functional things are. The easy to go set up is fantastic! Great collection and great video! 🔥
Thank ya for checking it out! :D and yep I'm all about convenience!
I love your setup man, all stuff and no fluff. Very functional and practical
Thanks man! I'm proud of it, I've never really had a "proper" setup until now. Just a couple years ago I had everything setting on top of sterillite drawers including the consoles and it looked like crap. lol
I have a Red RetroBit controller and that drawer looks like mines lol I love it brother I’m glad I found this channel I’m Uncle JD sending love from my channel JDzWORLD now I’m off to listen to your music
Thanks for the kind words man, hope you enjoy :)
@@TwistedIdentity just listened and it’s pretty bad a$$ I loved it
how do you reset/calibrate analog sticks on that logitech wireless ps2 controller? i have one but it has drifting. A nd you should get sturdier shelfs and a room for the games being stored that aren't in use. And some Sterilite 3 drawer containers to hold spare or niche controllers (good to keep dust out of em) And all dreamcasts have "backup support", you just may need to use things like Utopia Boot Disc on some of them.
For calibrating I'm not sure to be honest, I've never had to with those Logitechs. And I'm in a small apartment, I have no other room, or really any space left in this room for more shelving. I will eventually need to get creative and figure something out though. I have Sterilite drawers which alot of my controllers are in as you can see in the video, I just like having the ones I use regularly out and ready to go. The arcade sticks and whatnot are typically in the drawer I just had them out to show in the video And for Dreamcasts having backup support, yeah I know, what I meant was that you don't even need a boot disc for mine.
@@TwistedIdentity Vertical height is your best friend. Large bookshelfs (5 to 6 ft ones) make for great game storage (though they are often able to handle a ps2 game 2 layers deep) And you could use a bigger apartment or to rent a proper home for more space. TBH i've found and grown out of any of those storage options from trash picking and found better
Clean and neat setup! I'd love to share my own collection someday, but I am way too shy to talk like you on camera x(
Thanks! And it's all for fun haha just take your time and have fun with it. If people don't like your video, fuck em
Don't think any guitar is worth over three thousand dollars even if I were rich wouldn't pay that much for a guitar..
I agree, if it's over 3 it better be a custom shop. The H3 (knock on wood) hasn't jumped in price yet.
@@TwistedIdentity schecter demon 500$ and as good as anything I ever played played 750 dollar stratocaster before and wasn't impressed as much as a schecter guitar
I had a very sleek Indonesian Arrow 401 that I honestly preferred over the lush Japanese E-2 Arrow
@@infinidominion if a guitar is over three thousand dollars it should have gold hardware and I don't mean gold plated I'm talking about pure gold and actual pearl inlays.
@@infinidominion those arrows aren't worth over 800$ I don't care which one you get they are a little overpriced
Love the setup dude! I would ditch the ps2 slim imo. Get a harddrive for the phat ps2 on etsy and it works way better than the memory card mcboot. Also Slim is known to scratch disc.
Thanks man! Yeah I know about the scratching issue, mine doesn't do that thankfully. I was thinking about getting a hard drive I just haven't actually done it. -shrugs- :P It's one of those things where most of the games on PS1/PS2 I wanna play are cheap enough I don't mind just getting the real thing most of the time.
This is very cold, I like it and you make metal music I'll leave an sub for you and you're an OG gamer, for me I started back on N64 as my first system
Cool man! And hey ya gotta start somewhere I consider that generation to be one of the OG's too as it was revolutionary. Thanks for the sub also :)
Very nice set of controllers and solid game selection man. Cool vid.
Thanks much :)
bro thank you so much for this video. finally someone compares the two. I had no idea that e-ii started doing SS frets for their older models as well, love that shit. I've been eyeing this model for like 3 years but never pulled the trigger just because of the nickel frets. Now the only thing stopping me is the pickup rings. Hate em. my hand always gets caught on em like yours. btw I dont think you mentioned the leveling of the e-ii frets. I'm assuming the leveling is perfect with 0 high frets but wanna make sure. Also how is the action of the first fret high e?
Leveling seems bang on to me, I haven't had anything choking out or anything of that sort :) And for the action at first fret mine is at 0.5mm
@@TwistedIdentity thanks bro. Do you know how the pickup cavity is routed by chance? I do plan on removing the rings and direct mounting, hopefully it's not like a soapbar type routing.
Thorough review man hella jealous of your amp stacks man keep on the good work brother
Thanks duder! I actually sold the Orange which is why it suddenly disappeared halfway through the vid :P Replaced it with a Marshall DSL5CR . Fun little amp
ESP/LTD gotta hands down be my favorite guitar brand.
Mine too man, I used to be all for Schecter and Ibanez but Schecters QC has been piss poor lately. I bought a Km7 and it was a giant POS. With Ibanez I've just played so many they're kinda ...samey to me now.
@@TwistedIdentity I have never been a fan of ibanez. Schecter I like because my favourite band plays them. Last schecter I had was a Blackjack ATX c-1 fr and I never could gel with it. No matter what LTD I play it just feels and sounds phenomenal. I have actually had my eyes on the h3 for a while. I have never got my hands on one to feel it but they look and sound fantastic. Personally i'd take the LTD over the E-ii here. Also absolutely dope playing man
@@ParkerGraysonNZB Thanks man I appreciate it :) Yeah I love both, if I could afford it I would have kept both haha
Really nice usefull video!
Glad you enjoyed! Thanks for watching and rock on \m/
ltd h3 is my main guitar i've bought it 4 years ago and its just awesome ,new series come with steel frets but mine is nickle frets I've tested E II version when i wanted to buy it and in my opinion it was not same guitar neck was fatter guitar was heavier frets were nickle silver not worth 2000$ more in that time even now I think LTD H3 with steel frets are more worthy
I hear ya, many people don't like that thicker neck on some ESP's and LTDs. I like em both, the older E-II also has a gloss neck vs the satin on mine. I tried both the older and newer ones, satin def felt better in my hand but I can't remember if the contour was the same. Thanks for watching! :)
the fatter neck is a positive as you get older, thinner necks are super fatiguing but they're fun as hell.
@@Kiwaloayo no its not LTD ultra U still is chunky vs modern fast necks its not a thin neck EII version is just like a vintage guitar and its not comfy for normal hands
But that _start button!_ Why did they do that? It's even worse if you're accustomed to the distinctive look of the _early_ Mega Drive controllers with a shocking _red_ start button… perhaps summoning up the memory of the red and black SMS…
Yeeeah that was a legit "wtf" moment right there. I always miss it because muscle memory tells me to aim above that. They could have at LEAST made it stick out a bit instead of being flush.
"And if you're still here by this point…" I'm here. Thank you for a hard hitting and factual review.
I appreciate ya watching! Glad you enjoyed :)
BRO I WAS LOOKING FOR A VIDEO LIKE THIS. FOR YEARS IVE NEEEDED THIS VIDEO THANK YOU
Haha thanks for watching! I have noticed it's kinda hard finding good videos of ESP and LTD stuff for some reason.
@@TwistedIdentity I’m also thinking about getting the turquoise Ltd h3. It’s been my dream guitar for a while.
@@shanePcolson I think the red one looks absolutely sick too
No idea how your video was recommended but dope setup. And man do I regret selling my wireless Logitech controllers back in the day. Had them for the Xbox too. I wasn't really collecting then and traded games in at times. Never again.
I'm surprised at how many comments and likes I'm getting after less than 24 hours LOL Most of my other videos, views and stuff are few and far between. Thank you though :) And yeah the Logi PS2 controller is the bomb, I remember they made an Xbox version of the same thing and it looked pretty cool but I was never an Xbox guy myself
Yo 🤘 that's BADASS!!
Thanks!
It's beautiful
Thanks a bunch :D
Awesome
Thanks!
Thats very cool man congratz on the setup!
Thankya! :D Took alot more work than it might look haha
Cool Setup bro! ⭐
Much appreciated! Tis a fun time
Pretty cool man!
Thankya much! I'm digging it
You legend bro, this is awesome
Thanks duder :D Tis a fun riff haha
WOW very good I could sing to this !!!!
Thanks! It's a fun one :P If it were actually my drum track I would turn it into a full song.
I also prefer no pickup rings
Yo hella in depth video, i dig em both. but something about your lead playing in the intro bit, seemed like you were gliding smooth af on the ltd, but the punch/clarity on the e2's Rhythm sounded noice. killer vid brotha.
Thanks for watching duder! And I'm not sure what ya mean about the intro?
@@TwistedIdentityyour chops going up and down the neck are insane brother
28 years later lol
Exactly
1 month and no likes or comments with 69 views?? Well lets change that, sounds like 90's game music and i love it
Thanks for the kind words :) and yeah my music never really gets any views. But that's okay
@@TwistedIdentity my videos don't either lol but that's ok too 😊
I have both, prefer the wireless because it has a little more weight to it but I've had no issues with either. Side note, I normally play on a kdl-32xbr6 for the VGA and have never noticed any lag at all with it.
Thanks for the input, yeah the last time I actually played my DC on an LCD it was more than ten years ago so not a very good way to gauge :P modem LCDs sucked with pretty much any retro system back then when it came to latency
Just purchased this guitar today! This demo was really what pushed me to pull the trigger lol. I can’t tell if those single coils actually sound that good or if it’s because you’re a great player but time will tell.
Thanks for the kind words! I've played several single coil guitars and for being so cheap I definitely still think these are solid. The stock humbucker left a little to be desired though
Always great to hear some static X!
Can never go wrong with them! \m/
!! Rock on my friend !! truly a good video keep it up :D !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Thanks! Horns up brother \m/
Great job man! I sure miss Wayne
Thanks! And I know man me too, Static-X was a childhood favorite. Now that I'm older and live in a place that bands actually go to, I can't see them live with Wayne, go figure :P
Classic Static-X vibes. Nice cover maaan! 😎
Hells yeah \m/ thanks for checking it out!
Love the cover, love the shirt
Thanks! I wish I had another, I accidentally splashed bleach on it (can't tell on the vid)

That's a crispy tone you got there, thanks for sharing the plugin settings. I enjoyed it greatly.
Glad ya like it! It's actually kinda nuts how easy it was to get that sound
